Software Campus is not a startup, but an advanced training program for junior IT executives in Germany, funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). The program integrates master's and doctoral students into application-oriented research projects (often with an AI focus, in collaboration with DFKI and industry partners) and imparts profound management skills. The target audience comprises excellent computer science and IT talents being prepared for future leadership roles in the digital economy and applied research.
