CrossEngage (now Spotler DACH) developed a customer intelligence platform leveraging predictive modeling and AI to automatically segment customers by their monetary value and purchase probability, then target them with personalized cross-channel campaigns. The system offers a unified data platform (CDP) that consolidates customer data from all channels, enriches it with ML predictions, and directly activates it for marketing automation. The target audience included e-commerce companies (e.g., Deutsche Bahn, Peek & Cloppenburg, ShopApotheke) implementing data-driven customer lifetime value strategies.
