MACCS
MACCS is a telemedicine care platform by Charité Berlin developed specifically for the complex aftercare of kidney transplant patients. The research project connects medical professionals with patients in their home environments to digitally and securely monitor vital signs and therapy adherence via standardized interfaces. The solution aims to significantly improve routine care through AI-supported data processing and continuous monitoring.
